  Swiss-System event.  Rounds are at 10:00 AM, 2:30 PM and 7:00 PM on Saturd
 ay.  Sunday’s rounds are at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.  The time control is Game
  in 90 minutes plus a 30 second increment per move.  Please bring your ches
 s clock.  One ½-point bye is available for any round if requested in advanc
 e.\n \nENTRY FEES   If received by December 1, the entry fee is $40.  All e
 ntries paid later are $10 more.  If you pre-register but then cannot play, 
 your entry will be refunded to you only if you notify the tournament direct
 or by 9:30 AM on December 5.  Credit card and online registration fees incu
 rred by WCA will not be returned.\n \nPRIZES   The following $1150 prize fu
