 p><p>  </p><p><strong>ELIGIBILITY</strong>   The Wisconsin Memorial is open
  to all players.  All entrants must be members of the US Chess Federation. 
  US Chess membership may be purchased at the site.  Wisconsin Chess Associa
 tion membership is included in the entry.  Our website address is <a href="

 G SITE</strong>   Playing site is the Courtyard by Marriott, 2266 Deming Wa
 y, Middleton, WI  53562.  Hotel rates are $107 if reserved by November 20.

 ISTRATION</strong>   Players may register by mail using the form below.  On

 trong>SCHEDULE</strong>   The Wisconsin Memorial is a five-round Swiss-Syst
 em event.  Rounds are at 10:00 AM, 2:30 PM and 7:00 PM on Saturday.  Sunday
 ’s rounds are at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.  The time control is Game in 90 minu
 tes plus a 30 second increment per move.  Please bring your chess clock.  O
 ne ½-point bye is available for any round if requested in advance.</p><p> <
 /p><p><strong>ENTRY FEES</strong>   If received by December 1, the entry fe
 e is $40.  All entries paid later are $10 more.  If you pre-register but th
 en cannot play, your entry will be refunded to you only if you notify the t
 ournament director by 9:30 AM on December 5.  Credit card and online regist
 ration fees incurred by WCA will not be returned.</p><p> </p><p><strong>PRI
