  \n \nSCHEDULE                The Wisconsin Memorial is a five-round Swiss-
 System event.  Rounds are at 10:00 AM, 2:30 PM and 7:00 PM on Saturday.  Su
 nday’s rounds are at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.  The time control is Game in 90 
 minutes plus a 30 second increment per move.  Please bring your chess clock
 .  One ½-point bye is available for any round if requested in advance.\n \n
 ENTRY FEES             If received by December 2, the entry fee is $35.  Al
 l entries paid later are $10 more.  If you pre-register but then cannot pla
 y, your entry will be refunded to you only if you notify the tournament dir
 ector by 9:30 AM on December 6.  Credit card and online registration fees i
 ncurred by WCA will not be returned.\n \nPRIZES                     The fol
 lowing $1200 prize fund is based on 80 players and a minimum of four per cl
