Eligibility
This event is open to all Wisconsin residents, former champions a
nd students in WI schools. All entrants must be members of the US Chess Fed
eration. US Chess membership may be purchased at the site. Wisconsin Chess
Association membership is included in the entry. Our website address is www.wischess.org.
