A two-day regional scholastic chess tourn ament held in the Dubuque Grand River Center Exhibit Hall. Seven Scholasti c Sections: Two Friends and Family Sections, Friday Night Blitz Chess (3 se ctions) and Saturday Bughouse (2 sections). Stay at the connecting Grand H arbor Resort and Water Park. Chess rate includes passes to the water park. Dubuque, Iowa, is located on the Mississippi River at the Iowa-Wisconsin-I llinois boarder, 90 miles from Rockford, 150 miles from Schaumburg, and 200 miles from Bloomington.
